Seville resolves in the next weekend a wide range of plans, which face the summer based on dance, music and, as we occupy these lines, humor. The Andalusian Festival of Alternative Comedy (FACA) lands in Seville to celebrate its third edition.
The one that was born from PCR Comedy, the monthly show created by Pabloshurmano and Suricato Capitán, has already become an ambitious event that will take place over two days and will receive more than 35 Andalusian comedians.
A major art, to spend time getting a few laughs from the hand of referents in this task. Thus, between Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14, 6 passes and a session of impro comedy have been scheduled.
Two major novelties make up this new edition, more participants and more passes, which becomes the biggest event around the humor in Andalusia, which finally takes care of giving a place to artists in their land.
Program of the Andalusian Festival of Alternative Comedy.
The performances, scheduled in the evening hours on Friday and all day Saturday, will take place in La Sala SVQ, located in the Pumarejo.
Each of the sessions will host 6 live monologuists, except for the Seville impro club session. Tickets are purchased by passes and are priced at 12 €.

From the festival’s website claim that “what began as a response to the lack of opportunities, has become a scene. And that scene has Andalusian roots, acid humor, many internal memes and a firm will to continue opening the way for those who come with something new to say.
FACA is not just a festival. It is a space of resistance and celebration for those who believe that comedy can also be a trench.”
