Summer is coming and with it the claims of Pride month in Seville, which this 2025 presents a poster by Daniel Vivas, Superbritánico, whose iconic store in Dueñas street is about to close.
It will be the second time that the author is responsible for signing this work on the occasion of the month of Sexual Diversity.
To do so, he uses a slogan so typical of Easter, ‘Coughing equally’, written on one of the chimneys of the Cartuja, by Charles Pickman. An imaginary that connects with this British link in Seville -who raised the iconic ceramic factory- and recovers again the colors of Curro from Expo 92, as he did in his first poster in 2021.
Superbritánico products around Pride
Daniel Vivas announced this news on his social networks although the official presentation was scheduled for this Monday, June 2.
Although the works in Dueñas and Santa Ángela de la Cruz have led to the closure of his colorful little shop “we still have one last novelty to share with all of you; one last farewell dance […]. A poster continues, aesthetically and conceptually, the series that we started in 2021 with the poster of the Pride of Curro’s crests that gave us so much joy“.
“Respect, support, empathy, tolerance, loyalty, understanding and union; that’s brotherhood. Seven words necessary to make a good igualá,” Daniel Vivas stressed.
And he added that “everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, identity or gender expression, should have the same rights, opportunities and recognition in each and every one of the different areas of Seville”.
Along with the poster, Superbritánico has designed “a collection of products that will be available both online and in-store”.
