The Provincial Council of Seville schedules for the second time the Patio Festival, the musical initiative held towards the end of September. After the end of its traditional summer cinema embarks on this proposal that will bring together 4 of the great national talents.
From September 17 to 20 the emblematic courtyard of the headquarters of the deputation will host the first edition of the concert series.
Thanks to its extension baptized as Metropolis, this project will move to La Rinconada, Dos Hermanas, Utrera, Alcalá de Guadaíra and Mairena del Aljarafe by the hand of other artists.
The idea is that the historic courtyard becomes the epicenter of musical proposals capable of fusing styles and breaking down generational barriers. And it is born with the firm vocation to become a must-see event of the Andalusian music scene and circuit with reasonable prices.
During the presentation, the president of the Provincial Council urged the residents of the city to “make these two festivals theirs. And he has insisted that ” there are compelling reasons to enjoy the Festival del Patio and Metropolis in the large municipalities of the metropolitan belt“.
Seleka Muñoz is the plastic artist responsible for the poster of this edition. A proposal that approaches “painting with a deep curiosity and a constant urge to explore” and that “seeks to resonate” .
