As part of the International Cocoa and Chocolate Week, this cult around chocolate is celebrated. El comensal and Manu Jara are behind this initiative that has the collaboration of the City of Seville and Barry Callebaut, a world leader in the manufacture of cocoa products.
Thus, Seville will host a parade of professionals from different sectors, renowned masters and master chocolatiers from around the world and chocolate brands.
Talks, round tables and workshops to highlight the historical relevance of Seville as a gateway to products from the Americas in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and reflect on the latest trends around this fruit.
In other words: 7 days that bring together professionals from the hotel and catering sector, schools and companies, the media and even cocoa enthusiasts and aficionados. The event will include workshops, samples, contests and activities aimed at the general public.
Program and tickets
Guadalcao will celebrate this first edition from 1 to 7 November along the Guadalquivir River. Specifically, it will be located between Torre del Oro and Triana Bridge and access will cost 10 € if you buy the ticket for one day (15 € for those who purchase the ticket for three days).
In any case, the general public who are interested in attending the recreational activities, will only have to pay 4 €, which also includes a drink.

On the other hand, three days of conferences open to professionals, suppliers, cooking schools, journalists and people interested in the world of cocoa and chocolate. Discussions, competitions and presentations will be held on November 2, 3 and 4.
