The drastic change of the weather and the first outlines of Christmas, already materialized in supermarkets, invite to wonder when the Christmas lights will be turned on in Seville this 2024.
The Avenida de la ConstituciĂłn crowded, huge amount of elevated cell phones ready to shoot the photo after the countdown. Families, couples and lonely people waiting for the moment when Seville’s Christmas kicks off.
The Seville City Council, through the Urban Planning Department, has already put out to tender the contract for the same, whose official lighting will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 18:30 hours.
In 2022, the official start of the festivities in Seville was delayed to December 5 because of energy saving measures and last year did it a few days before the bridge of the Immaculate Conception, on Saturday December 2.
