The Fundación Casa de México en España (FCME), in collaboration with the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy and the Mexican restaurant guild, has celebrated the IV edition of the prestigious Copil Seal. This rubric distinguishes those restaurants capable of championing this cuisine with mastery, contributing the techniques, recipes and ingredients of the country. If in 2024 it recognized the excellence of 3 Sevillian restaurants, this year there are 2 spaces that can celebrate this distinction: Bocafloja and La Lupe Alameda.
Almost a hundred restaurants scattered throughout Spain have this insignia that has been celebrated since 2022.
A reference guide for those in search of pure Mexican cuisine. Thus, this initiative is consolidated as a seal of quality, tradition and flavor that is aligned with Casa de México’s mission to contribute to the strengthening of bilateral relations by promoting Mexico’s culinary wealth and business opportunities.
Casa de México also presents the third edition of the recipe book “La Grandeza Gastronómica de México”, available in digital format and for the second time in printed version, with more than 100 family recipes.
